Doctor Nanners

Doctor Nanners is a fictional character made up by Kyria and Jelly during a subathon, while Kyria was sleep deprived. His stand has the ability to flick a melatonin gummy into the mouth of any person, making them so so sleepy. The gummy will land in the target's mouth no matter what.

He's a terrible doctor, as he prescribes "sleep" for everything, diagnosing patients as "sleepy".
