Yakuza Kiwami 2 is an action-adventure title developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. Initially releasing in 2017 in Japan for the Sony PlayStation 4, it was localised in 2018 and ported to the PC in 2019.
A remake of Yakuza 2, Yakuza Kiwami 2 takes place a year after Yakuza Kiwami.
Synopsis
In 2006, a year after leaving the Tojo Clan behind, Kiryu Kazuma is dragged back into the conflicts of the Yakuza after the Chairman of the Tojo Clan is assassinated by a member of the rival Omi Alliance. Working alongside Detective Kaoru Sayama, Kiryu must defeat his rival, Ryuji Goda, the "Dragon of Kansai", and prevent all-out war erupting between the Tojo Clan and the Omi Alliance.
